Fifth graders have the opportunity to join band. Each year, the fifth grade learns about the history of Iowa Falls and takes a walking tour of the town. They also visit the Iowa State Capitol in Des Moines as their annual field trip.
Fifth graders are becoming more responsible and preparing for attending middle school the following year.
